Meet Mo of Killa Cam Photography

A lifelong New Yorker and a part of the DMV community since 2010, I'm known as Mo—a childhood nickname given to me by my parents. My passion for freezing time and preserving memories runs deep. Inspired by my uncle and godfather, whose own photography helped spark my love for this craft, I bring a personal, raw, and sentimental touch to every project.
Driven by an enduring love for music (especially within the hip hop realm, as my brand name might suggest), my DMV photography roots are planted in the music scene—serving as a resident photographer for monthly engagements such as The Crate Convention, Ill Street Grooves radio show on WPFW 89.3 FM, and Special Berriez' Joantz showcase.
Driven by an enduring love for community, my work also embraces even more of the moments that bring us together—whether it's milestone celebrations, family portraits, vibrant local events, or dynamic promotional shoots that connect you with your audience by conveying your unique message.
At Killa Cam Photography, a deep personal care for humanity extends into my care for clients and the art I create for them. Every shot is a celebration of our shared stories and the moments that bring us together. Cheers, to memories that last a lifetime.
